2018.02.07 Today I roasted coffee again. I've got this down now. Angela & Matt both liked it, so I guess I'm doing it right.
Hi, here's where I cook, and I do it a lot. I won't knowingly waste my time, money, or calories on even mediocre food.
I have a folder of recipes, some mine entirely, some modified from others. My recipes are here , some are older so YMMV. I strive to cook for 2 without overeating and with no leftovers. Breakfasts & suppers are 500-700 calories usually.

Petite sirloin, tied, sous vide at 125° then seared over mesquite at 1000°. Sides of mushrooms, new potatoes, asparagus and bread sauteed, roasted & toasted on the outdoor griddle. June 3, 2017
