Sous Vide

Maybe y'all have heard of sous vide, maybe not. It's been around for a while but just became popular for at home cooking in the last. Basically it's a temperature controlled water bath. I mainly use it for meat. Veggies just seem to be too much trouble, they're better roasted. Anyway, there's lots of information online, so I'll just point you to it, instead of regurgitating.
