It's International and National Bacon Day on Saturday. Let's have a get together and have some fun.

Hey all, I threw out the idea yesterday thinking I'd get 4 or 5 guys to show up and I could kick them out by noon.

Well, replies exceeded my expectations and Angela (who has to work tomorrow) wants in.

So, I hope everyone can still make it after I make some changes. Here's the new schedule

10:30 - Fire up the pit

~12:30 - First pork belly should be done

~1:45 - Angela gets home

~2:30 - Second port bell should be done

Coffee & whiskey tasting included.

I'm adding in some other extras, grilled pork burger sliders & sausages. If you want to bring something, go ahead. If you want to bring somebody, okay, go ahead, but not the whole neighborhood.

Again, friendly kids and dogs are welcome. Still no fence.
